department of parliamentary affairs is one of the departments of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers provide coordinating initiatives and visions about the relationship between the National Council and the states of national legislative body legislative authority and between ministries and units executive authority according to specialization exercises the following:
1) the coordination of legislative relations between the presidency and the Council of Ministers of the Council and the National Council and the states' legislative councils to ensure the integration of the legislative role of the States in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
2) informing the Council of Ministers to the views and proposals of legislative organs in the general performance of the State.
3/coordination with the legislative bodies in the initiatives, programs and plans of the State and leave bills.
