Competencies and Tasks of the Administration:
The Competencies and Tasks can be summed up in the following:
1- Addressing all the topics falling under the powers and jurisdictions of the President of the Republic , regulations and the general policies of the state.
2- Completing the data of the memorandums ascended for taking decisions on them and tackling them through study and commenting on them in conformity with the constitution and the general policy of the state,
3- Maintaining the minutes and records related to the decisions and bills and securing them preserving their confidentiality.
4- Securing decisions against damage and faking.
5- Studying the proposals of participation of official delegations outside the country and recommending on them as per the directives and orders organizing them.
6- Monitoring, formulating and distributing decisions and directives issued by the Cabinet.
7- Indexing and arranging decisions and legal references and maintain them in a manner that makes easily accessible.
8- Preparing introduction guides on the procedures of the work in the top executive organ.
