Today at The Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Procedures for delivery and extradition  between new ministers of state, Mr. Hatem Hassan Bakhit, and the Minister of State, Mr. Salam Mohamed Ismail, and the former Ministers of State (Mr. Mahmoud Mahmoud and Mr. Osman Ahmed Fadlash) Mr. Ahmed Saad Omar, who praised the role provided by the former ministers of state through their efforts in running the executive work and carrying out the tasks entrusted to them to the fullest, wishing the new ministers of state to reconcile and pay in the completion of what began their colleagues former ministers of state.
