In his first speech to the employees of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers after the noon prayers at the Secretariat Mosque Mr. Moataz Mousi Abdullah the prime minister announced that the government's priorities to implement a comprehensive structural and economic reform program begin with a short-term shock program aimed at addressing the imbalances of the total demand factors, The exchange of national currency in order to create a solid ground for the treatment and sustainability of deconstruction of structural bottlenecks and distortions to the sector in preparation for the support of supply and production. The Prime Minister said that the current mandate period is about 400 days equivalent to about 3000 hours of work until the end of the constitutional maturity in 2020, which necessitates the need for planning, follow-up, and accountability to ensure the desired results.
In the same context,FVP Bakri Hassan Saleh, who led the Executive in exceptional circumstances and completed many complex files, stressed the continuation of the same approach and thanked the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and Ministers of State And praised the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers and employees, noting the importance of respect for institutions and the application of the latest systems in the management of state affairs and the creation of internal mechanisms for evaluation and accounting in order to identify the positions of force to strengthen them and weaknesses to address them.
He pointed out that the implementation of the programs will be a partnership between the government and society. In this context, scientists and experts from universities, research and studies centers, industry, agriculture, pastoralists, opinion leaders, the private sector, women and youth will be heard to ensure the success and deepening of the partnership between society and the state. In conclusion, His Excellency thanked the President of the Republic for the precious trust he gave to God Almighty to help all of them to serve the country and the people and to realize the aspirations of the Sudanese people who deserve to live in dignity.
