The Technical Committee of the Social and Cultural Development Sector reviewed on Monday, September 3, 2018, in the Council of Ministers under the chairmanship of Dr. Al-Sarr Al-Sheikh Ahmed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, a report on the analysis of the results of the secondary certificate exam for the year 2018. The analysis is based on monitoring the change and variation in the collection rates of materials, The general achievement of the students in addition to the analysis of the reality of technical education, and the analysis aims to help decision-makers in preparing policies to achieve educational goals.

The report showed the success rates of public schools compared to private schools, which requires greater supervisory attention and guidance to private schools in general.
The report stressed the importance of students in the scientific course in compulsory subjects. The technical committee recommended increasing the expenditure on government education, especially in rural areas in terms of preparing the school environment, laboratories and qualified professors in the scientific fields and interest in technical and technical education.
