Social Development Sector Committee reviews strategy for the access of Disabled persons to information technology

The Technical Committee of the Social and Cultural Development Sector chaired  by Professor Azhari Omar Abd El-Baqi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has  reviewed the strategy of accessibility of persons with disabilities to communications and information technology aiming at integrating persons with disabilities into society by coping with the prevailing  trends in this sphere.
 The technical committee underscored  the strategy and programs and projects it comprised  and recommended its presentation at the social and cultural development sector for approval.
The technical committee has also  a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Health and its counterpart in Tunis with the aim of  enhancing health cooperation between the two sides.
The committee also reviewed the position of implementation of the state Organs  reform program  the recommendations of the national dialogue for July 2018 for the ministries of higher education and scientific research, Guidance and Endowments, health, youth and sports, communications and information technology
