State Minister at the Cabinet Affirms that Reform Program Aims to Promote Performance in all state organs
State Minister at the Council of Ministers, Mr. Jamal Mahmoud Ibrahim, has affirmed that reform is a continuous program aimed at promoting performance in all state organs.
The Minister outlined while chairing on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the Council of Ministers a meeting of the Executive Committee for following up the implementation of state organs reform projects that that national program of capacity building represents a basic axis as it is a part of the state agencies reform program .
The meeting reviewed the phased report on the status of implementation of the national program of capacity building, which aims to train a considerable number of civil service affiliates , graduates and the private sector employees every year.
The said program comprises 18 projects, top of which is the national training plan, graduates' employment project, training programs for administrative development institutions, improving Sudanese cadres attitudes towards work and the National Nafrah (mobilization ) Training Project in the states as well as building the capacities of the affiliates of the non-governmental sectors .
The report indicated that the rate of implementation of the program during the year 2017 stood at (69.4%).
The meeting commended the efforts made in the field of training and underscored the need for according more attention to training centers as a they are key factors in implementation of the reform program.
The meeting has also reviewed a report on the position of the study related to the second phase of reform of the state Organs presented by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Omar Muhammad Saleh.
