State Minister at Council of Minister Addresses Forum of Undersecretaries

State Minister at the Council of Ministers Jamal Mahmoud Ibrahim has addressed on Saturday August 4/2018  the sixth forum of Ministries Undersecretaries , the program of training leaders in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior at the police premises in Buri neighborhood.
The Minister outlined that  holding forums aims at exchange of knowledge and developing the skills related to  state executive performance as well as enhancing work culture.
He further  said the document of the state general policies is the basic document brought about  by the national dialogue recommendations highlighting the importance of perfect planning and gauging performance indicator in a regular manner in all the organs  of the state towards coping with the scientific development taking place in this field to assist in developing the environment of executive work .
For his part State Minister at the Ministry of Interior Babikir Ahmed Digna has expressed delight on selecting the venue of police premises for holding  this  forum hoping that its recommendation would see an over all  figuring out of the constraints  and the nature of executive work in the country.
The forum has reviewed two papers , the first one is entitled public policies of the country presented by Dr. Hassan Haj Ali .
The said paper has focused on the decisions taken by the government and how to deal with them along with another paper that touched on the financial report for the first half of the year 2018 presented by Mr. Abdalla Ibrahim Ali Ismail undersecretary of Planning at the Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning  whereby the report highlighted the guidelines of the third public plan of the state 2017-2020 and the five year program of economic reform 2015-2019.
