Minister of State in the Council of Ministers confirms the strength of the Sudanese-Egyptian relations
Tariq Tawfiq, Minister of State at the Council of Ministers, affirmed the strong relations between Sudan and Egypt and the keenness of the leadership of the two brotherly countries to reach the strategic stage at all levels.
This came during a meeting with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Ambassador Osama Abdel Rahim Shaltout, on July 26, 2018. The meeting discussed the arrangements for the visit of the Minister of State to the Arab Republic of Egypt to examine Egypt's experience in the field of housing and parliamentary work, Legislative, executive and political issues and the exchange of experiences between the two countries.
The Egyptian Ambassador welcomed the visit, saying that Sudan represents the second country, praising the development of relations between the two legislative institutions in the country.
On the other hand, HE the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt expressed Egypt's full support for Sudan's efforts to reconcile the southern factions, referring to the visit of the Syrian Marshal to the country and his support for the agreement between the southern brothers.
