The National Fund for Housing and Reconstruction recommends the accommodating of the decisions of the Council of Ministers for expatriates
The Board of Directors of the National Fund for Housing and Reconstruction recommended in its meeting on Monday, July 9, 2018, chaired by the Minister of State in the Council of Ministers, Mr. Tariq Tawfiq, to take into account the recent decisions of the Council of Ministers on expatriates.
Mr. Tawfiq praised the pioneering role played by the National Fund for Housing and Reconstruction and called for the need to direct housing to vulnerable and medium-sized groups and to prepare a national strategy for housing and urban development as well as commitment to implementing the productive rural housing program and encouraging rural industries, pointing to the importance of strengthening the relationship of the Fund with the relevant bodies in the field of housing.
The meeting ensured that the outcomes of the "Housing Strategic Economic Vision" workshop should be implemented and put into a practical program and submitted to the High Committee for Housing. As well as the early preparation for the convening of the first Arab conference for investment in Sudan and put forward visions of the Fund with double the ceiling allocated for real estate finance in the banking system.
