The joint meeting reviews the reports of the ministries of the sector on the position of e-government uses
The Social and Cultural Development Sector reviewed Wednesday 4 July 2018 in a joint meeting with the Technical Committee headed by Prof. Sumaya Abu Keshwa, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, reports of the ministries of the sector on the position of the uses of e-government and the challenges it faces.
The reports pointed out the progress made in the field of e-government and the disparity between the ministries in the computerization of services and services provided by the ministries through electronic portals and the status of the infrastructure of information centers, websites and diversity in the field of electronic networks.
The meeting emphasized the importance of the e-government program and the need to give it priority in the state budget.
The meeting recommended increasing the governance of the Ministry of Communications to the technical cadres in the federal ministries and training the technical cadres working in the information centers in addition to benefiting from the National Service staff in filling the shortage and exerting efforts in the content of the electronic pages in the ministerial sites and focusing on their inclusion in the content services.
