Cabinet Affairs Minister Affirms State Concern over Holy Quran Teachigs
Cabinet Affairs Minister, Ahmed Saad Omer has renewed the state's attention to holy Quran, teachings highlighting the role played by Khalawi ( Quran schools), in reciting and memorizing holy Quran by heart and disseminating Islamic Call, (Dawa) and teachings .
The Minister voiced the states attention when he chaired the ministerial delegation currently visiting the Khalawi (Quran schools) of Sheikh, Al-Khalefa Mohammed Zein Al-Abideen, in Ed Babiker and Al-Maigoma . at the end of the program of the visits of the High Commission for the Holy Ramadan which are honored by the company of the first vice President Prime minister to hand over a donation of the President of the Republic to the said Khalawi (Qur'an schools).
For his part, the representative of the Eastern Nile Locality , lauded the role being played by Khalawi Sheikh Mohamed Zeinal-Abdin noting that the Locality is seeking means to contribute to the development of Al-Khalawi as they are a high lighthouse of scholars , highlighting the social roles played by the Khalawi, Particularly in the form of reinforcing reconciliations, goodwill , tolerance and reforms
For his part, the representative of the Khalifeh Sheikh Mohammed Zine El Abidine khalwai's and the representative of Khalifeh Shlikha praised the Presidency of the Republic and the Council of Ministers for their support to the people of the Qoran, appreciating the role of the state in unifying the people of the Qiblah ( worshiping direction towards holy Mecca).
It is worth mentioning that, the delegation stressed the need to pray in the mosque of Shlikha Al-Maigoma for saving the country from sedition and to overcome the looming crises that surround it.
