Economic development sector confirms the need to upgrade Sudanese exports

Economic development sector stressed the importance of upgrading the Sudanese exports to take advantage of value added, calling to increase production and productivity via  Introducing modern technologies,  the sector which chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investment, Mubarak al-Fadil al-Mahdi, reviewed in its meeting on Wednesday 25/April /2018, the final report of the Committee for the preparation of the matrix of upgrading Sudanese exports presented by the minister of state in the Ministry of International Cooperation Dr.Sumaya Uokd the Chairman of the Committee indicating that the matrix identified target goods of expected return and liabilities from the private sector for the implementation of the matrix, she also outlined the problems and constraints in key sectors of the target, the report pointed out that the expected results if the application of a matrix of upgrading the Sudanese exports as required to contribute to the livestock sector by the end of the year 2020m for $3 billion, the industrial sector at $2 billion, and metals other than gold for 2 billion dollars, in addition to the contribution of the agriculture and trade by the ability of the gross domestic product.
 The Oil & Gas Minister Mr./Abdul Rahman Osman , also presented a report on the position of the flow of oil, confirming the arrival of estimated quantities of petroleum products to the country  which will contribute to a breakthrough in the interim fuel scarcity crisis during the coming hours, as He also confirmed the availability of agriculture needs Of fuel.
