The meeting of the joint Sectors confirmes the importance of the budget of the year 2018

The Joint meeting of the sectors of governance, administration and social development affirmed on Thursday, 14 December 2017 in the Council of Ministers chaired by Dr. Ahmed Bilal Osman, Deputy of Prime Minister and Minister of Information the importance of the budget of 2018 as the first one under the government of national accord and the new phase of the march of the country. The meeting approved the general budget draft of the National Government for 2018 which aims to achieve economic stability by reducing inflation rates, stabilizing the exchange rate of the national currency and expected economic growth by 4%, expanding the umbrella of the social security networks and continuing supporting the weak segments of the society, and specialized health centers.

The meeting recommended the necessity of channeling resources to increase production and productivity, improve people's pensions, especially in the traditional, pastoral and agricultural sectors, use modern technology and means of production
