The Supreme Committee for the follow-up to business performance in Sudan review of the report of the panel of cross-border trade index

Mr. Ahmed Saad Omar, Minister of the presidency of the council of ministers on Wednesday, 6 December 2017, the council of ministers chaired a meeting of the higher committee to follow-up the performance of the work in Sudan, where the meeting reviewed the report of the Committee on the index team cross-border trade, which dealt with all transactions and procedures for facilitating trade and the movement of exports and imports, and improve the environment and infrastructure fields associated with the commercial traffic.

The meeting also reviewed the report of the Committee on the electricity index team, which dealt with the study and analysis of the technical aspects of the cursor position, especially with regard to the aspects that are subject to evaluation, such as the course of action and the length of the time and cost of the cursor.

The meeting stressed the importance of improving and facilitating the procedures through the window, and the provisions of the coordination and the activation of relevant laws and indices, and networking with relevant actors, in addition to the need to raise the capabilities of personnel in the public and private sectors to meet the requirements of the foreign trade and the linking road and rail production areas.
