The cabinet minister confirms the interest of the state to upgrade and develop the capabilities of the human cadre

The minister of state in the cabinet,Mr.Jamal Mahmoud confirms the interest of the state to upgrade and develop the capabilities of staff within the national project for capacity building in the framework of the program of reform of the state that came to the meeting on Wednesday 15 November 2017, the Council of Ministers, the Bahraini delegation headed by Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams, head of the Institute of Public Administration in Bahrain, in the presence of the Director of the National Academy for Training Afaf Ahmed Abdel Rahman.

 

The meeting reviewed the Bahraini Institute of Management programs and projects in the field of human resources development, and strengthening the exchange of experiences and knowledge transfer, the meeting dealt with the preparations for the strategic leadership program, to be held during the coming period in coordination and cooperation between the Institute of Administration National Academy for training.

 

On its part, the director of the National Academy for training that the coming period would witness more cooperation and joint programs with the Institute of Public Administration of Bahrain, pointing in this regard to the joint cooperation agreement in the field of human resources development and capacity-building between the two sides of inferior.
