Nine of Glorious December Revolution’s Injured Leave for Egypt to Receive Treatment
Nine Injured of the Glorious December Revolution who were accompanied by seven companions left Monday evening to Egypt to receive medical treatment at different hospitals in Cairo as implementation to directives of the Prime Minister, Dr Abdalla Hamdok, who considers treatment of the revolution’s injured as top priority of the transitional government
They were seen off at Khartoum airport by Head of the Technical Committee for the Revolution’s Wound Mohamed Osman Hussein who affirmed completion of all arrangements for treatment of the wound under supervision of Sudan embassy in Cairo.
The Acting Chairman of the Technical Committee expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Osman Hussein Osman, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Sudan and the staff of the Sudanese Embassy in Egypt for their role in facilitating the travel procedures of the injured.
. He also expressed his thanks to Tarco Airline for its generous initiative to provide free tickets to all the revolution's injured and their companions, as part of its societal role.
