The meeting confirmed the agents that training represents a fundamental reform of the civil service and the preparation of cadres that represent an end and a means of development, the Meeting reviewed today, Thursday, 9 November 2017, the secretariat of the council of ministers headed by Dr. Omar Mohammed Saleh, the Secretary-general of the Council of Ministers a paper on linking career training provided by Mr. Ahmed Abdul Rahman, director of the National Civil Service Affairs office on the lines of training programs and information to meet the actual needs according to the priorities that would enable them to keep up with rapid technological changes and the development of methods of work and achieving quality and excellence in performance to push the production in various locations to bring about the development in line with the millennium development goals.
