The technical committee for the economic development and allow for a number of ministries of plans for the year 2018

The technical committee of the economic development sector in the cabinet approved in its meeting today26/10/2017 headed by Mr. Bilal Yousef Al undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and the Ministries of Agriculture and Forestry Plans, oil and gas, water resources, irrigation, electricity, international trade and cooperation for the year 2018m aimed generally at the comprehensive transformation in the agricultural sector and agriculture (43.8) million acres, the flow of oil and gas supply and intensify exploration and prospecting operations to increase production to reach 37 million barrels, and the stability of the electricity generation and modernization of irrigation structures in national projects and updating of the dams and water harvesting projects to achieve zero program (thirst) and the balance of trade deficit by increasing exports in addition to the activation of bilateral agreements for cooperation and coordination mechanisms.

 

 

 

The meeting recommended that the private sector coordination and concerted efforts to change the traditional pattern in the management of resources of the economy and to continue the strategic partnerships and planning new projects to achieve balanced development in the United States, and the use of renewable energies in irrigation, increasing storage of agricultural products.
