Cabinet Affairs Minister Inspects National Records House

The Cabinet Affairs Minister, Engineer Khalid Omer Yousif, has stressed the importance of the role of the National Records House in preserving the history and heritage of Sudan throughout the different historical eras.

The minster, accompanied by the Vice – Chancellor of the University of Khartoum and member of the Board of Directors of the National Records House, Dr. Fadwa Andul-Rahman, Wednesday paid inspection visit to the National Records House and got informed on the challenges facing it and its role in the coming stage.

The minister has affirmed the transitional government concern with the National Records House and the keenness to remove the obstacles facing its work.

The Cabinet Affairs Minister held a meeting with the administration of the National Records House where he was briefed on its tasks, jurisdiction and role in the field of keeping the records and documents of Sudan history.
