Khalid Omar Addresses Workshop on Persons Arbitrary Dismissed

Minister of Cabinet Affairs , Engineer Khalid Omar Yousif, addressed the inaugural sitting of Workshop at Ministry of Justice  on  Corporations which were  privatized  under the title (its past is its present and future  and the fate of those arbitrary dismissed   and  who have  been reinstated).

 The Minister pledged to  implement  recommendations  of the workshop .

 He added  that those who arbitrary dismissed  were in frontline  of struggle in their  different organizations for sake of the homeland and the people , adding that  the Committee on reinstatement of the those arbitrary dismissed  has exerted huge work and solved 27,000 cases  since it  was found in  October , 2019.

The Minister  further added that  despite the barriers  facing the Committee work, the Committee is keen  to find just  solutions  and tha no case of  the arbitrary dismissed would be dropped , saying this workshop set to invent  solution to be satisfactory for all.

The Chairperson of the Committee, Hanim Burhan –Eddin , said  the workshop aims to address  praoblems of those  who arbitrary dismissed  from privatized  corporations  and the committee decision  in this case postponed pending convocation of the workshop  to  come out with applicable recommendations.

  Undersecretary  of Justice Ministry, Siham Osman , said the workshop aims to study  the problems and  come out  with recommendations  for delivering justice to those arbitrary dismissed.
