Khalid Omer Reveals Priorities of New Government

The Cabinet Affairs Minister, Khalid Omer Yousif, pointed out that the new government will continue the efforts of the former cabinet in implementing the tasks of the glorious December revolution, indicating that the new council of ministers is one of the fruits of the Juba agreement for peace in Sudan.

The Cabinet Affairs Minister revealed that the government will work for dealing with five priorities, top of which is the issue of lifting the living hardship and realizing economic reform, implementing the Juba peace agreement, enhancing the security and military sector, achieving comprehensive transitional justice for the benefit of all Sudanese and issues of democratic transition.

He explained that the government is working to form the commissions toward reaching democratic elections at the end of the transitional period.
