The the committee to consider the case of arbitrarily dismissed persons from the civil service revealed that the position of the outcome of its decisions issued by the Council of Ministers a (149) decisions regarding to the return of the dismissed persons and regularization of their status
this came this afternoon during the meeting No.(44) of the committee chaireed by Mr. Hanim Burhan, advisor to the Minister of Labor and Social Development.
 
The first undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information, the official spokesperson for the committee, Mr. Rashid Saeed Yaqoub, explained that the committee examined the files of those dismissed from the civil service, including the files of those dismissed from the National Authority for Roads and Bridges. 3, It also examined the files of the dismissed people of the Nile Cement Company (Rabak) after receiving 30 forms, which recommended returning 4 to work and improving the pension of 25, the files of those dismissed from warehouses and assignments, where the committee received 119 forms and recommended the return of 52 to work and the improvement of the pension of 59 and the completion of data 8, of the dismissed forms from the Port Sudan textile factory, and the committee received 191 forms and requested that the data of all files submitted be completed, in addition to looking into the attachment file of the Suki Agricultural Corporation, where the committee received 48 form, the committee obtained to return 3dissmes persons to work and improve pensions for 34 and to complete data of 11. The committee also reviewed the files of applicants from the House of the Qur’an of Africa after the committee received 14 forms that decided to return all 14 applicants to work. The committee also examined the files of the dismissed persons from the Babanosa Dairy Factory. The committee received 58 forms and obtained a return to work of 2 and improvement of 56 dismissed persons pensions.
 
The committee's official spokesperson indicated that the meeting assured the holding of a workshop on the dissolved institutions and that were merged, as soon as possible after assuring of the health situation related to the Corona pandemic in the country.
