Hamdouk meets delegation of National Umma Party
The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk, met today in his office in the Council of Ministers, a delegation from the National Umma Party, headed by Dr. Mohammed al-Mahdi Hassan.
The Prime Minister has expressed during the meeting his wishes for the speedy recovery of the head of the National Umma Party, Imam Sadig al-Mahdi and his family.
The National Umma Party delegation thanked the Prime Minister for his continued interest in the condition of the party leader after his infection with the Corona virus, stressing that their meeting today with the PM came to renew confidence and support to the transition.
The meeting has reviewed the political situation in the country and the challenges facing the transitional government, especially the completion of the comprehensive and sustainable peace process and the completion of the transitional authority structures, as well as the economic and living situation.
