The Undersecretaries Council reviews the economic conference outputs matrix

The Council of Undersecretaries held a meeting Today in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, headed by Professor / Amna Abaker Abdul Rasoul, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

The meeting reviewed the matrix of the outcomes of the first economic conference held recently, which included requirements for implementing the conference’s decisions, the concerned authorities and the time limit for implementation. The meeting obtained on the necessity of including the matrix for the decisions of the economic conference in the ministries' plans by transferring them to projects, activities and work programs joint to the budget for the year 2020-2021 and the tripartite program for the transitional period which linked to the Millennium Goals for Sustainable Development and peace recommendations.

The meeting assured on the importance of subjugation the recommendation to specific mechanism to easiest its monthly evaluation and follow up presses, as well as tightening the coordination between the Center and the States to achieve it

The meeting also briefed on the position of preparing reports on the performance of ministries from September 2019 to September 2020, the meeting recommended activation the communication Mechanisms between federal ministries and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and work to develop standards for evaluating the performance of ministries
