The committee to conduct issues of arbitrarily dismissed from the national civil service holds a meeting today

The Committee to consider cases of arbitrarily dismissed persons from the National Civil Service held its meeting No. (36) at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers headed by Mrs. Hanim Burhan, Adviser of the Minister of Labor and Social Development.
 
The committee's rapporteur, Mr. Abdul Salam Hamzah, stated in a press statement that the committee had counted the recommendations issued on the dismissed cases, to bring them back and improve their pensions in many quarters, and prepared them for decision-making.
 
Mr. Abdel Salam added that the committee also discussed how to consider settling the pensions of those who were over the age of (65), deceased and unwilling to return to work, as well as laying down the basis for settling the pension.
The committee also discussed the foundations and references for looking into the cases of those dismissed from units and bodies that have been canceled and no longer exist on the ground.
 
The committee also reviewed its decisions that were issued since the beginning of its work, reaching (97) decisions according to which (5217) were returned to service and the pension was settled for (7076) dismissed, and (738) dismissed conditions were reconciled.
Mr. Hamzah indicated that the committee will continue its work to Consideration of the dismissed cases in the form of salary every week
