Dr. Hamdouk briefed on the overall situation in West Kordufan

The Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdok briefed on the situation in West Kordufan, this came while he met today, in his office in the Council of Ministers, the Governor of West Kordufan, Mr. Hammad Abdulrahman, who explained in a press statement that he briefed the Prime Minister on the performance of West Kordufan State and the efforts of the state government in providing basic services to citizens and rehabilitating Infrastructure and youth employment

 

In addition to the rehabilitation of the Babanusa factory for dairy products, which entered the production department, indicating in this regard that a delegation from the ministry  of industry and energy will visit the state to stand on the factory and address all obstacles to operate at its maximum capacity, indicating that the meeting dealt with the importance of continuing work on the Al-Fola electricity project as one of the important projects Which will contribute to providing electrical supply to the states of Kordufan and Darfur

The Governor of West Kordufan said that the meeting assured the importance of rehabilitating the railway line for its role in strengthening the relationship with the State of South Sudan, explaining that the meeting touched on the importance of the commitment of oil companies operating in the state to the social responsibility towards the people of the region.

The Wali of West Kordufan confirmed that his government is working in full harmony with the forces of freedom and change in the state to implement the programs of the transitional period in the state
