Dr. Hamdouk receives a phone call from a senior European Union official

The Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk received phone call from the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union, Mr. Josep Borrell, in which he expressed his solidarity with his sovereignty after the failed terrorist attempt attack his convoy was in weeks before in Khartoum

Mr. Borrell stressed the European Union’s positive attitude towards the ongoing democratic transition process in Sudan and the European Union’s full commitment to support the transitional civil government in Sudan. Mr. Borrell also confirmed the continuation of this support despite the Corona pandemic, whose consequences have affected all countries of the world

 

For his part, the Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk hail  the European side call reaffirming Sudan’s keenness to develop relations with the European Union , stressing the cooperation of the Sudanese people and government with the peoples and countries of the European Union and other countries of the world to combat the Corona pandemic (covid 19)
