Committee of Arbitrarily Dismissed Persons from the Civil Service recommends the return of some separated
The Committee for the Consideration of Cases of Arbitrarily Dismissed Persons from the National Civil Service held its meeting No. (20) at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers chaied by Mrs. Hanem Burhan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
The committee discussed a number of issues submitted by its sectoral committees, where the committee considered (2431) forms submitted by the National Electricity Authority (NEPA) fired and recommended the return of (685) discharged and improved pensions of (1355) discharged and the committee requested to complete data of (388) forms and the committee excluded (4) forms For lack of jurisdiction
The committee also examined (870) forms submitted by the discharged persons of Al-Rahad Agricultural Authority, where the committee recommended returning of (194) of them and improving the pensions of (443) of those released, while the committee excluded (13) forms for lack of jurisdiction and requested to complete information of (221) forms
The committee received (548) forms from the dismissed members of the Blue Nile Agricultural Corporation and recommended the return of (64) dismissed and improved pensions of (437), and the committee requested the completion of data of (15) forms and excluded (32) forms for lack of jurisdiction.
The committee considered (151) forms submitted by the separated project of Al-Jazeera (Railroad), as the committee recommended the return of (14) of them and improvement of pensions of (124) separated, excluded (2) form for lack of jurisdiction and requested the completion of data of (11) forms.
The Committee also considered (91) form submitted by the separated project of Al-Jazeera (Al-Bagil Al-Baqir) project and recommended the return of (21) of them and the improvement of pensions of (70) separated
The committee also received (409) forms from the dismissed project of Al-Jazeera Project (Maringan Gints) and recommended the return of (185) of them and the improvement of pensions of (167) separated. The committee requested the completion of data of (42) forms and excluded (15) forms for lack of jurisdiction
The committee examined (347) forms from the released of Al-Jazeera Project (Al-Hasahisa Grocery), the committee recommending (100) of them and improving pensions of (232), and the committee excluded (15) forms of non-jurisdiction.
The Committee also considered (10112) form submitted by the separated project of Al-Jazeera (Administrative Affairs). The Committee recommended the return of (567) of them and the improvement of pensions of (437) fired. The Committee requested the completion of information of (10) forms and the Committee excluded (107) forms for lack of jurisdiction
The committee received (333) forms from the separated project of Al-Jazeera (mechanized agriculture) and recommended the return of (18) of them and the improvement of pensions of (311) separated and the committee excluded (4) forms of non-jurisdiction
The Committee considered (720) form submitted by those separated from the Al-Jazeera project (Engineering Department) recommended the return of (190) of them and the improvement of pensions of (530) separated
The committee also examined (1037) forms from the separated project of Al-Jazeera (Agricultural Administration) and recommended the return of (270) of them and the improvement of pensions of (605) separated. The committee requested the completion of information of (81) forms and excluded of (81) forms for lack of jurisdiction. The committee also received (448) of the separated members of the Sudan Cotton Company and recommended the return of (45) of them and the improvement of pensions of (113), and the committee requested to complete information of (290) form
The Committee considered (626) forms submitted by the dismissed agricultural establishment of Halfa and recommended that (117) of them be returned and the pensions of (385) be improved, and the Committee requested that the data of (124) forms be completed.
The committee also examined (40) forms of dismissal of the Western Savannah Development Authority and recommended the return of (15) of them and the improvement of pensions of (16) separated and the completion of data of (9) form
The committee received (402) forms from the savings bank separated and recommended the return of (188) of them and the improvement of pensions of (123) separated.
The committee will continue its work during the next week to study more requests and forms of the arbitrarily dismissed
