Emphasizing on the provision of insurance requirements for government institutions and premises

The Council of undersecretaries reviewed in its meeting today, Monday 16 March 2020, chaired by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Osman Hussein Osman, the procedures for securing government 

 facilities and state officials at work sites and housing presented by the representative of the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Abdel Fattah Othman

 

The meeting directed the ministries to urgently provide the necessary insurance liabilities in coordination with the Ministries of Interior and Finance and Economic Planning according to a new vision that accompanies the 

variables  and the technical and electronic aspect in the insurance field

 

The meeting stressed the necessity of activating the regulations governing the entry and the movement of individuals into government institutions and premises 

 

The meeting heard a statement from the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Sarah Abdel-Azim, on corona disease and the precautionary and protective measures taken by the Ministry, the meeting praised the efforts of the Ministry of Health and stressed the importance of joining official and popular efforts to overcome this stage,

 the meeting also stressed on the need to implement decisions and directives related to quarantine, stressing the importance of intensifying the media aspect in the field of cession of information, awareness and guidance

 

 The meeting directed tightly coordination between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Sudanese Affairs Authority working abroad, to assess the situation of Sudanese abroad and to provide facilities for those wishing to return
