Return a number of dismissed persons to the service

The Committee for the Consideration of Cases of Arbitrarily Dismissed Persons from the National Civil Service held its meeting No. 19 in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers headed by Mrs. Hanem Burhan, the undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development
Mr. Abdul Salam Hamza, member and rapporteur of the committee, stated in a press statement that the committee discussed a number of issues submitted by its sectoral committees, as the committee examined (71) forms from the Livestock Bank and recommended the return of (27) separated and improved pensions (29) separated and requested the committee Completion of information for (14) forms, and the committee excluded one form for lack of jurisdiction
The Committee also considered (17) forms submitted by the Ministry of Education dismissed, as the Committee recommended the return of (2) of them and the improvement of pensions (3) of those separated, while the Committee excluded (6) forms of non-jurisdiction and requested the completion of information (3) forms
Mr. Abdel Salam Hamzah added that the committee examined (8) forms from the Ministry of Culture and Information and recommended the return of (2) of them and the improvement of the pension for (6) of the dismissed.
The committee also considered (6) forms submitted by the national radio, and recommended improving the pension (5) of them, and the committee excluded one form for lack of jurisdiction.
The committee also received two forms from the dismissed Sudanese News Agency, and the committee recommended improving their pension for them. The committee received (5) forms from the dismissed persons from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the committee recommended improving pensions of (4) from them and excluded one form for lack of jurisdiction
The committee also reviewed (4) forms from the Ministry of Social Affairs separated from Khartoum State. The committee recommended returning (2) of them and improving one pension, and requested to complete the data of one of the dismissed.
Mr. Abdel Salam indicated that the committee received the dismissed forms from the Ministry of Education in the state of North Kordofan, and the committee recommended returning one separated person and excluded (3) forms for lack of competence
The Committee also received (753) forms from the Agricultural Bank dismissed, and the Committee recommended the return of (384) dismissed, and the Committee requested the completion of data of (133) forms and recommended improvement of pensions of (218) separated and (18) forms were excluded for lack of jurisdiction
Mr. Abd al-Salam Hamza said that the committee will continue its work next week to study more requests and forms of arbitrarily dismissed persons
