Council of Ministers Discusses Rights of Persons with Disabilities

-The Council  of Ministers , in a sitting which was chaired by the Prime Minister Dr Abdallah Hamdouk Wednesday,  listened to reported  presented by Minister  of Labor and Social Development on  rights of persons with disabilities.

Minister of Culture and Information and Government Spokesman Fiasal Mohamed Salih said in a press statement that the Council commended the report and professional way of its preparation.

 He said that   the all persons  with disabilities –related  legislations  and  laws   would  be reviewed  and that all rights  and privileges that make  them  equal with    all Sudanese citizens would be guaranteed..

 The  Minister  added  that  the Council also  report  on the national plan on implementation of the  UN Resolution No.(1325)  on  Women,  Security and Peace  presented  by Minister  of Labor and Social Development Ms. Lina Al-Sheikh
