The Committee to arbitrarily dismissed cases holds its meeting

The Committee to consider cases of arbitrarily dismissed persons from the National Civil Service held its meeting No. 17 in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers chaired by Mr. Rashid Saeed Yaqoub, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information and the official spokesman for the Committee

who clarified in a press statement that the committee followed a number of issues, at the forefront of which were the results of its contacts regarding the dismissed who were returned to the Animal Resources Bank

 

Mr. Rashid Pointing out that the committee also discussed requests to return the dismissed in a number of institutions, including the Sudan Cotton Company Limited, where the committee received (489) forms from the dismissed company from the limited company via (124) of them expressing their desire to work, and the committee decided to return (35) separated from them to work immediately The committee requested additional information on (89) separated due to incomplete data, while (365) of the company called for improving their pension, and the committee decided to improve pensions (214) of them and requested additional information about (151) of the dismissed

 

The committee also discussed the requests of the new agricultural committee of Halfa, the number of forms received by the committee (623), including (132) forms in which the dismissed people requested to return to work. The committee decided to return (109) separated from them to work and requested to complete information regarding (18) separated and review the decision of the end The service for one of the dismissed for lack of clarity. The committee also decided to refuse (4) requests from them (3) from the South Sudanese, and another dismissed due to absence

 

Mr. Saeed explained that with regard to the New Halfa Agricultural Commission, the committee received requests to improve pensions (491), separated. The committee decided to improve pensions (378), separated from them

The committee asked to complete the data for (104) forms in addition to reviewing the separation decisions for (8) of the dismissed and rejecting one request

Mr. Rashid Saeed announced that the committee will continue next week to study more requests for political and arbitrary dismissals
