Social and cultural development sector deliberates the agreement of unionism freedom and protection of the organization right for the year 1948

The social and cultural development sector chaired by minister of Education proof. Mohamed Almen Altoum deliberated in its meeting today Monday 17 of February 2020 on the agreement of unionism freedom and protection  of the organization right for the year 1948 , which aims to highlighting the labors and employers right to implement organization and to joined to it without a pre-permission 

 

The main provision stipulate that each member country in the ILO organization undertaking to enforcement the provision of this agreement and the right of businessmen organizations and workers  to  established constitution and administrative roles , elect representative and organize its administration. 

The General Authority refrains of any kind of interference  that would obstruct  this right or stop its legitimate practice
