The Committee to consider cases of arbitrarily dismissed persons from the National Civil Service held its meeting No. 13 in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers headed by Mr. Rashid Saeed Yaqoub the First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Official Spokesman of the Committee, who explained that the committee discussed the reports of the sub-committees and issued a number of recommendations related to the files of the dismissed. Mr. Rashid explained that the committee also discussed a number of files and requests of arbitrarily dismissed by some state institutions where the committee discussed the case of the dismissed from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the committee received (23) forms. The committee decided to return (8) from the dismissed to serve in the job class as is the case with their colleagues currently serving While (9) of them expressed their unwillingness to return, and it was decided to raise their job ranks to the job position of their clients, while improving their pensions, and (4) of them were returned in a previous period, and it was decided that they would be attached to the job position of their colleagues, and that there were (2) of them that God had passed away, so it was decided that Their service years are calculated until the date of a Death for the purposes of improving pension
The committee also discussed the file of the dismissed from the Republican Palace, in this regard, the committee received (30) forms and the committee decided to return (12) separated to job at a level similar to their colleagues in the service and (3) requests were rejected because the dismissal was made for reasons of absence and (9) (Of the dismissed persons who submitted their forms to not wish to return, their separation years were approved as actual years of service, their job ranks raising as well as their colleagues and settling their pensions, and the committee decided to raise the grades (5) of them, like their colleagues who returned to the service, and (one) was rejected due to lack of jurisdiction given that the separated decision to dismiss him came in December 2019 and the mission of the committee it ends in December 2018
 
Mr. Saeed said that the committee also discussed the file of those dismissed from the Ministry of Education at the federal and state levels, explaining that with regard to the Federal Ministry of Education, the Committee received (15) forms. The committee decided to return (3) of them to service after raising their job ranks, as did their colleagues. And that one of them returned to service in a previous period will be attached to the job position with his colleagues in the service, and (9) of the dismissed persons decided to improve their pensions after they exceeded the age of the pension and that one of the dismissed died, the committee decided to calculate his service years until the date of death for purposes of improving the pension for the beneficiaries of his family. And anther one of the dismissed rejected his request on the grounds that he had left the service due to absence
The minister indicated that, with regard to the Ministry of Education in the state of Khartoum, the Committee received (11) forms that were recommended to return (6) of them to the service in the job class similar to their colleagues in the service and (3) of them over the age of the pension it was decided to improve their pension after calculating the dismidssed years as actual years of service and attaching them In the functional degree of their colleagues, two requests were rejected, because the reasons for dismissal are outside the committee’s powers
 
With regard to Sennar’s state, Mr. Rashid Saeed said that the committee received (15) forms from the dismissed persons, it was decided to return (9) of them to work in the grade position, similar to their colleagues in the service and (3) pension cases was improved and other (3) expressed their unwillingness to return to work so the committee decided to improve their pensions after raising their position to the same level as their colleagues
 
The Committee also received (13) forms from the dismissed of Al-Jazeera Printing and Publishing Company, (one of the companies affiliated to the Ministry of Education)
 The committee decided to return (6) to work in the job grade similar to their colleagues in the service and (6) of them do not want to return to work, so it was decided to settle their pensions after raising them to the job degree similar to their colleagues, one of the dismissed persons exceeded the age of (65) years, so the committee decided to improve his pension after raising his grade to the same level With his colleagues
The minister explained that, with regard to the state of North Kordofan, the committee received (3) forms, one of which is improving a pension, because the applicant does not wish to return to work and (2) of the requests were rejected because they do not within the powers of the committee.
He also indicated that the committee received two forms from South Kordofan State, and one of the forms was rejected because the applicant was fired due to absence, and the separation was postponed in the second form. Pending completion of some information about the period of absence of the person concerned from work
 
Mr. Rashid added that the committee received one form from the Ministry of Education for a person who was referred to the compulsory pension, and the committee took a decision to return him to the service in the job grade, as his colleagues. He added that the committee received one form from West Kordofan State and it was not resolved, and the committee asked for more information about the reasons for the dismissal.
The committee also received one form from West Darfur state, and the committee refused to return the dismissed because it was separated according to an administrative accounting board
The committee received from South Darfur one form and rejected the request because dismissal is absent from work
The committee also rejected two applications submitted for dismissal from private schools for lack of specialization, given that the committee’s work is related to the National City Service
Mr.Rashid indicated that the committee had received (3) forms from North Kordofan State. One of the dismissed was returned to a job position for his colleagues and one of the dismissed was rejected because his dismissal was due to absence and it was decided to improve the pension of one of the dismissed because he did not want to return to work
 
With regard to those dismissed after the secession of South Sudan, Mr. Rashid Saeed said that the committee received two forms, the committee requested to provide more information about the reasons for the separation. adding that the committee also received (10) forms classified as separated due to absence, (9) of these forms were rejected because the reason for the dismissal was absence and one of the dismissed was returned because the reason for the absence was related to his detention for a period of time and he will be asked to provide more information about the detention period
 
Mr. Rashid Yaqoub indicated that the committee received (12) forms for the dismissed from the Afaq Printing and Publishing Company affiliated to the Ministry of Education, and the committee decided to return (7) of them for service while raising their job ranks and improving the pension of (2) of the applicants because their ages exceeded the age of (65) Year, the committee also counted the calculation of the separation period until the date of death of two of those whom passed away and improving their pension, in addition to improving the pension of one of the dismissed because he does not wish to return to work.
Mr. Rashid explained that the committee also received from the government press one form for a person over the age of pension and decided to improve his pension
 
He added that the committee received two forms from North Darfur state and they were rejected due to lack of jurisdiction of the committee. He explained that the committee will continue its work periodically during the next week to discuss and study more files submitted to it by various governmental institutions and bodies
