The Council of Ministers approved in its regular meeting on Wednesday, headed by the Prime Minister Dr. Abdallah Hamdouk, a number of draft laws including the Judiciary Act, 1986, 2020 amendment and High Judicial Council Act, 2020, which were presented by Minister of Justice Nasr-Eddin Abdel-Bari.
The council also approved the International Labor Convention No. 144 concerning the tripartite consultations for the year 2020 and the joining of Sudan to Forced Labor Protocol 2020, presented by the Minister of Labor and Social Development.
The Council of Ministers also approved a bill on cancellation of dawa and endowment acts in the states, presented by the Minister of Justice.
The Cabinet also approved proposal presented by the Minister of Youth and Sport to halt encroachment on playgrounds and public squares allover the country.
