Hatim Elias Secretary of the Council of Protect the Right of Writer, the relatives’ rights and The Literary and Artistic Works

The acting transitional prime minister Ambassador Omer Bashir Mines base on the recommendation of the minister of culture and information issued a decision today appointing Mr. Hatim Elyass Mussa  as General Secretary of  The Council of Protect the Right of Writer, the relatives rights and The Literary and Artistic Works

The decree directed the ministers of Finance & Economic Planning, Labor& Social Development, Culture & information and the other concerned bodies to take measures to implements this decree
