Hamdok gets aquouinted on General Situation in States

The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdok, chaired  on Tuesday 31 of Dicimper 20019 a meeting with the Walis (governors) of the states, in presence of the Cabinet Affairs Minister, Ambassador Omer Manis. The meeting reviewed the general situation in the states, including the security and stability situation, the citizens' living conditions and the implementation of development projects in the fields of health, education, roads, water and energy

The Prime Minister praised the high spirit of patriotism and the high responsibility shown by the governors in their presentation of issues and challenges related to the concerns of citizens, calling for more efforts to create a favorable climate and community awareness for achieving a comprehensive and sustainable peace, stressing the importance of close coordination between the federal and state organs

Meanwhile, the Walis of the states have assured their concern with the citizens' living conditions, keenness to provide basic services and to continue implementation of development projects in their states
