Lieutenant General Yasser Abdel-Rahman Al-Atta, Chairman of the Empowerment and Anti-Corruption and Funds Recovery Committee, issued a decision today to dissolve executive offices and union councils established under the Trade Union Act of 2010, and dissolve executive offices and councils of professional associations established under the Professional Associations Act of 2004. Dissolve executive offices and federations councils established under the Employers Law of 1992,
The decision stipulated the seizure of real estate registered in the names of trade unions, professional federations and the Employers 'Union, and the seizure of mechanisms, cars and means of transportation registered in the name of trade unions, professional unions and the Employers' Union
It is forbidden to dispose of it
 
The decision also stipulated the appointmentt of management committees that specialize in the following: -
Running the tasks of trade unions, professional associations and the Employers' Union, and conducting their necessary activities
Well Representing for trade unions, professional unions and employers’ associations to maintain the interests of the employees, Preparing for the General Assembly for Trade Unions, Professional Associations and Employers' Union
Review the statutes, regulations, and laws to comply with a democracy
And the independence of trade union action
Financial audits by the General Auditor of the Republic of Sudan
 This decision includes unions, professional associations and the employers’ union at all levels
