Manis addresses Disabled Movement Organization celebrates the International Day of Disability

The acting Prime Minister, Ambassador / Omar Bashir Manis, addressed today, Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at the Cabinet ministers the celebration of the Movement of People with Disabilities, on the occasion of the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, conveying the greetings and wishes of the Prime Minister and his commitment to sponsor all initiatives and activities of the Disabled Movement
 
He explained that the Disabled had a great and clear role in the change that the people have brought, pointing out that the International Day of Disability coincides with the first anniversary of the glorious December revolution, merciful to the martyrs of the righteous revolution of the glorious December revolution so that the Sudanese can enjoy the homeland of freedom, peace and justice
 
The acting Prime Minister renewed the interest of the revolution government in the issues and concerns of persons with disabilities, especially the following in various stages of education, as well as seeking to provide training programs and job opportunities that guarantee a generous living for them as well as providing assists devices and means of movement and preparing stadiums and sports centers to take into account the privacy of this faction  and enable them to practice various sporting activities
which consider is an integral right of their rights and a duty of the revolution government,
declaring in this regard, the state’s commitment to all international agreements and treaties in the field of the rights of persons with disabilities, in addition to reviewing the relevant national laws to accompany all the needs of this important group of society
 
For her part, Miss. Mashaer Mustafa Mohamed Ahmed, head of the Movement Disabled Challenges, said that the world celebrates annually on the third of December this segment of society a reminder of the international agreements and covenants for this group, indicating that Sudan is living in a new phase of democratic governance, fulfilling the dignity and rights of the Sudanese people in general and vulnerable groups in particular, including persons with disabilities
