Prime Minister arrives in Brussels

The Transitional Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk and his accompanying delegation arrived in Brussels on Sunday 10 November 2019 at the invitation of the European Union leadership, the prime minister was received at Brussels International Airport by a number of officials of the European Union and the Acting Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union.Acting minister Hamid Al Jazouli Khaled and members of the diplomatic mission at the Sudanese Embassy

 

During the visit, the Prime Minister will hold important meetings related to enhancing cooperation between Sudan and the European Union. Dr. Hamdok will brief the EU Council of Ministers on the political developments taking place in Sudan, especially the ongoing efforts to achieve a just and comprehensive peace, as well as the vision of the transitional government to lead the stage. It is worth mentioning that the Prime Minister is accompanied by Mr. Madani Abbas Madani, Minister of Industry and Trade, Ms. Lina Al-Sheikh Omar, Minister of Labor and Social Development, Mr. Makki Mirghani Othman, the Undersecretary of Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, and Mr. Ali Bakheet, Director of the Prime Minister's Office
