PM meets Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Council of the Libyan National Accord Government

The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdok, received Tuesday at his office the visiting Deputy Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Ahmed Omer Maiteeq and the accompanying delegation, in presence of Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Ambassador Omer Bashir Manis, and the Foreign Minister, Asma Mohammed Abdalla

Maiteeq congratulated Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk on assming office as the Prime Minister, formation of the transitional government and the national consensus on transitional arrangements
The meeting also discussed all aspects of cooperation between the two countries, especially on economic field
The Libyan delegation expressed desire to resume and expand the Libyan investments in Sudan

The two sides agreed to form a joint ministerial committee for boosting the cooperation between the two countries
