The Prime Minister Dr Abdalla Hamdok  on recommendation  of Minister Agriculture and Natural Resources  issuesd a decree today 17 of October 2019 appointing  Mr. Agriculture  Eng Abdlgader Mohamed Ahmed  Trkawi undersecretary of ministry  of Agriculture and Natural Resources.The decision directed the Ministries of finance and economic planning, agriculture and natural resources,  labor and social development and the other concerned bodies to take action to implement the  decision
