Council of Ministers Receives FFC’s Alternative Policies

- The Council of Ministers has received the program of alternative policies from the Forces of Freedom and Change (FFC).

The Minister of Culture and Information and government spokesman, Faisal Mohamed Salih said there is big similarity between the government  program and the one prepared by the Forces of Freedom and Change, disclosing that a ministerial panel was set up to adjust the two programs and come out with a time-framed matrix on implementation of the program.

The minister said that the Cabinet has heard a briefing from the Minister of Labor and Social Development about treatment of the person injured during the revolution, a project being executed by Hadhrain organization which provided treatment for all the injured persons in collaboration with the  Ministry of Labor, in addition todirect care extended by the ministry to the martyrs families.

He ndicated that the Council of Ministers was also informed on the efforts of the Ministry of Labor to absorb the women selling food and tea in the health insurancesystem, which is part of several projects being executed by the ministry.

The government spokesman, meanwhile, said there was a breakthrough in solving the transport crisis due to entry of new transport vessels in the operation, disclosing that the radical solution depends on entry of new buses imported from Saudi Arabia and Qatar in service as soon as possible, besides the ongoing engineering  preparations to operating the trains announced by the Wali (governor) of Khartoum State.
