Acting PM issued a decree canceling the decision to cancel the project of generating Foula Al-Rida

The acting Prime Minister, Ambassador Omar Bashir Manis, issued a decision on Thursday, October 10, 2019 to cancel the decision issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mining on 8/10/2018 to cancel the Al-Foula Al-Reda power generation project.  The decision of the Prime Minister imposed the continuation  of all the procedures for the implementation of the project generating electricity Alvula Aldefa according to what was planned

The decree directed the ministries of energy, mining, finance, economic planning, federal governance and other concerned bodies  to take action to implement the decision

The acting Prime Minister, Ambassador Omar Bashir Manis, explained that the project of generating Foula Reda electricity is one of the vital projects that will contribute to the stability of the electricity supply, stressing the commitment of the transitional government to move forward in the implementation of development project
