The Cabinet approves the Public Private Partnership Bill

The Council of Ministers held its regular meeting on Thursday 21 of February 2019 chaired by Prime Minister Moataz Moussa Abdullah, in which the cabinet approved the draft law on partnership between the public and private sectors. Presented by the State Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Dr. Musalm Ahmed. He explained that the project came within the framework of the integration of roles between the public and private sectors to meet the commitments of promoting and development  and creating an appropriate investment climate by creating investment opportunities that will attract private sector capital, as well as expertise, technical  capability and technical knowledge to implement strategic projects and their management. 
 
The Council of Ministers also approved the joint executive program between the Ministry of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Sudan and the General Secretariat of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and a memorandum of understanding between Sudan and Tunisia for the treatment of Sudanese patients in Tunisia presented by the Minister of the Council of Ministers, Ahmed Saad Omar.
