Prime Minister, Moataz Mousi, assured that the wage transfer procedures for January will be completed with the planned increases in the budget of 2019 and the start of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in the payment of salaries according to the required procedures between the Bureau of Service Affairs and the Federal Ministries. This came during his meeting on Sunday, February 3, 2019 in his office with the Minister of State for Finance Mr. Mustafa Yousef Hawalli, the Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan Dr. Mohammed Khair Al Zubair and the President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Sudan, Eng. He pointed out that the salaries reached all states and units and that all the units that have taken ratifications of the service affairs (90 units) received the planned increases from the Ministry of Finance calling on the federal units to take their ratifications from the Bureau of Service Affairs to take the benefits of their employees from the Ministry of Finance. The standard to remove ironies will come down tomorrow from the Ministry of Finance to the Revenue Allocation Commission for conversion to all states. For his part, Mr. Mustafa Yousef Hawali said that the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning started to pay the salaries. He pointed out that all the ministries that have completed their procedures with the Bureau and delivered the required documents have been paid their salaries in the known increments originally decided upon in the issuance of the unified bonus to remove the ironies of the ministries in the unified compound structure . And called on other ministries to expedite the completion of the procedures and the submission of required documents in coordination with the Bureau of Service Affairs of the Ministry of Finance to complete the payment of salaries. Regarding the mandates, the Minister of Finance pointed out that it was agreed that the Ministry of Finance will transfer the required amounts to the Revenue Allocation Commission, in turn, to complete the transfer procedures according to the documents agreed in advance with the planned data on the number of employees in each state and the information grades. To direct all competent departments to complete the necessary transfers in coordination with the Central Bank to be completed in the shortest possible time according to the required data.
