The General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on behalf of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mr. Osman Abdel Halim, called on the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers to equip the weapon of science and knowledge in order to improve the performance of the Secretariat General. This came during the certificate distribution program for a number of training programs implemented by the General Secretariat during this year.
The Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs explained That the human cadre is the main engine of the development process, calling for opening the prospects for cooperation between the Secretariat and training institutions internally and externally.
For his part, the General of the Administration for Administrative Development in the Secretariat pointed out that 95% of the programs planned for this year have been implemented, Forty-seven programs have been implemented internally in Sudan, while 42 outside the country,
He explained that these programs have been implemented in cooperation with a number of institutions: (University of Khartoum, Nile University, Sudan Academy of Administrative Sciences) and other training institutions.
