The Technical Committee for the Social Development Sector reviews the performance report of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities

The Technical Committee for the Social and Cultural Development Sector reviewed the Cabinet at its meeting today, Monday, November 5, 2018 under the chairmanship of Dr. Taher Hassan Eltaher Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education Performance report of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities for the year 2018 and features of its plan for the year 2019.

The report included several aspects, including the management of cultural diversity, where the northern state was chosen to become Dongola as the capital of Sudanese culture and in the center of the ministry's interest in publishing and publishing, reviving its culture and making the book available. The 14th edition of the Khartoum International Book Fair was organized and a number of cultural, political and literary books were launched. The Ministry's efforts in the tourism sector have been promoted and marketed to the tourist areas, which contributed to increase the ability of the tourist delegations of the country, as well as the efforts exerted in the protection of monuments and management of tourist destinations.

The features of the 2019 plan included several programs, including Sudan, cultural and tourism attraction, national thought project, building of conscience, promotion, marketing and building positive thinking.
