Members of the Military Intelligence Institute stand on the experience of the Secretariat in support and decision-making

The officers of the Institute of Military Intelligence visited (Officers) the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday 31 October 2018 in order to identify their experience in supporting and taking decision. They listened to a detailed explanation by Mr. Osman Hussein Osman, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Witnessed by the General Secretariat through its long history since 1954, its terms of reference, work guidelines and methods based on the scientific approach and procedural references.


Mr. Osman explained that the General Secretariat aims to enable the Council of Ministers and its mechanisms to assist in making the right decision through the information and studies required by the decision-making at the level of the chairmanship of the executive body, pointing out that it has transferred its experience to some states and also visited some Arab and European countries to benefit from their experiences in the field Support and decision-making, noting that the experience of the Secretariat is subject to continuous development.

The employees of the Institute toured the Council of Ministers, the Seminars and the Information Center of the Council of Ministers, where they learned about the content of the media message and the technical and technological capabilities it possesses. The Institute of Intelligence praised the level of methodology of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers, General of the Council of Ministers in the area of ​​information analysis.
